Description: This is a Patek Philippe & Co. Pocket Watch circa 1920. The dial is fancy, gold colored and double sunk with black hands and numbers and is marked 'BIRKS'. It has a plain, open faced 18K gold case. The movement is marked Patek Philippe, but is also marked Henry Birks & Sons Ltd. The watch sets, winds and runs beautifully.
