Description: This is an American Waltham Watch Co. Railroad Grade Vanguard 16s 23j Antique Pocket Watch circa 1928. The 24 hour dial is white, double sunk with blue hands and black numbers 1-24, and is absolutely immaculate. It has an open faced, gold filled case with a screw front and back, and there is a small amount of brassing on the bow and back. The case shows signs of wear but there are no major dings, dents or scratches and still displays very nicely. This watch sets and winds nicely, started right up and seems to run well.
