Description: This is a circa 1909 Ball Watch Co. pocket watch model 999 manufactured by Hamilton. This watch has a very nice single sunk white dial, blue hands, black numbers and is marked "Trade Mark Official RR Standard Ball Watch Co. Cleveland". This watch wound and set smoothly and started on its own without persuasion. It has a nice tall domed crystal and an ornate rim so it displays very nicely. As is so often the case, the back is the weakest link here. It has begun to brass through. All-in-all this is a very nice watch.
