Description: This is an E. Howard Watch Co. Series 3 Pocket Watch circa 1909. It has an open faced Keystone Watch Co. case with screw front and back. The dial is white, double sunk with Roman numerals and plain gold hands. The crystal has a few scratches but the dial is near flawless. The back cover has a machine turned design with minimal signs of use and some brassing on the bow. This watch wound and set like it was new, seems to run strong and is keeping time.
