Description: This is a very hard to find Seth Thomas Watch Co. Grade 272 Railroad grade Pocket Watch circa 1891. The dial is white, double sunk with thin black hands and numbers, small red numbers on the outer edge, and is in magnificent condition. The case is fancy, gold filled and open faced with a screw front and back. The crystal is near flawless with one small imperfection near the 10 and the case shows very little signs of use with one small ding on the rim and brassing on the bow. The watch winds, sets and runs nicely and displays exceptionally well. An excellent addition to any collection.
